The Home Resource Center’s lead-generation system is serving as a nationwide model, with the California Home Resource Center, the Real Estate Service Center in Dallas/Ft. Worth, and other service centers being modeled after it.

Coldwell Banker Burnet’s Distinctive Homes Division, which facilitates the sale of luxury homes, was launched in 1980 and became the first of its kind in the Twin Cities market. Currently the Division sells more luxury homes in the Twin Cities metro area than any other company.
