Dean Cottrill oversees the operations of 25 local sales offices and more than 1,600 sales associates throughout Maryland and Delaware. Previously, he was the general sales manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore.

He has been a successful and established member of Washington and Baltimore's real estate community since 1990, when he began his career as a sales associate. He was a top producing agent for seven years before becoming an office manager in 1997. In that capacity, he led his office team to achieve multiple sales and customer service awards.

He joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore in 2007 as a regional vice president. He is the former president of the Anne Arundel Board of Realtors and member of the National Association of REALTORS' Board of Directors. He was named Realtor of the Year by the Anne Arundel Association of Realtors in 2006.

Cottrill earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, is a Certified Residential Specialist and holds the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR^® Institute designation. He is a strong supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and is an active member of the Anne Arundel County community, where he resides with his wife, Laura, and their two children.
