Judith Green
Chief Administrative Officer
NRT LLC
In April 2005, Judith Green was named chief administrative officer for NRT LLC. In this role, Green oversees NRT’s efforts in relocation, preferred alliances, acquisitions transition, commercial and insurance, as well as national relationships in mortgage and settlement services.
Prior to this position, Green served as senior vice president for NRT’s Southeast Region and chief executive officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida. In this capacity, Green was responsible for overseeing three regional presidents with operations encompassing nearly 150 offices and 8,500 sales associates throughout Florida and Texas.
Green has always been an innovator and leader, and she has made a significant impact on Florida's real estate industry. In addition to having 20 years of real estate experience, her background includes business ownership and extensive involvement in local government.
Green owned and managed Charter Realty before selling to Coldwell Banker in 1993. Shortly afterward, she was charged with managing a struggling office in Central Florida and guiding it to prominence as one of the top-producing offices of the region. In 1997, she was selected to lead the entire West and Central Florida region for Coldwell Banker.
When Coldwell Banker unified the South and West Central regions to form one Florida company, Judy was promoted to serve as the President. With 97 offices under her direction, Coldwell Banker Florida sold more real estate than any other Florida company and ranked #5 in units sold nationally in 2000.
During the latter part of her ownership of Charter Realty, Green pursued her interest in local government with the passion and dedication that has defined her career. She devoted 4 years to the City of Oviedo Recreational Committee, and 6 years as Chairperson of the Land Planning Agency. She made history from 1993-1995, becoming the first woman mayor for the City of Oviedo, and participated in the planning and approval for the Oviedo Crossings Regional Mall. Judy also was instrumental in writing and instituting new city development code to shape the future of this Orlando suburb.
Green plays active roles in an impressive list of organizations. She serves as a director for the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors. She is also a prominent member with the 15 local or regional realtor boards where Coldwell Banker Florida does business. Green participates in several Chambers of Commerce statewide, is a member of the Sarasota Committee of 100, and was a vital part of the Economic Development Committee for Seminole.
Green is a former director of the Mid Florida Regional MLS and was a Facility Task Force member for the Greater Orlando Association of Realtors®. Her influence has been recognized throughout the country and the industry, and she was named one of National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine's "500 Most Powerful Women in Real Estate."
