Budge Huskey

Budge Huskey was named Regional Senior Vice President in May 2007. In this role, he oversees the strategic initiatives of NRT's Florida region consisting of more than 100 Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. offices and 6,100 sales associates. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida, overseeing offices and sales associates in Broward, Central Florida, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Sarasota Bay, Southwest Florida, and Tampa Bay, as well as the Sarasota Home Office, which provides support services to all of Florida.

Since joining NRT in 1997, Huskey has played a key role in the growth of NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. in Florida. He has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility within the organization, including branch manager, district manager and regional vice president.

Throughout his career, Budge has been actively involved in an impressive list of organizations. As past president and Realtor of the Year for the Orlando Association of Realtors, and a past director and committee chairperson for the Florida Association of Realtors, he has contributed to the growth and success enjoyed in the Central Florida market and has been involved with both state-wide and national industry initiatives.

Budge earned a business degree from Mercer University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
