Tom Iovenitti brings a dynamic leadership style to his role as president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Orange County and the Desert Resort Communities. In this role he oversees the daily operations of 17 offices, more than 1,400 sales associates, the Previews International marketing division for luxury real estate in Orange County and Coachella Valley, and the company's commercial operations.
With more than 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Iovenitti earned his broker's license in 1991 and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1999, when his real estate company was acquired by NRT Incorporated.
Iovenitti has also held the position of general manager for the Coldwell Banker Previews International office in Quail Hill-Irvine. He provided the vision from start-to-finish in creating a new state-of-the-art facility that is highly regarded in the real estate community. Mentoring more than 100 experienced and top-producing sales associates, Tom is well-known for his "Iovenitti Report" and high energy sales meetings where he provides sales associates with financing education and crucial up-to-date market statistics.
In addition to Iovenitti's strength in financing, in-depth knowledge of mortgage-related products, contract interpretation and legal aspects of real estate, he is a passionate and enthusiastic leader. The guidance and support that Tom provides is built upon a background rich in the development and improvement of the individual's skills and confidence. Tom's personal connections in the Southern California real estate industry help guide him through management decisions and the constant growth and strength of Coldwell Banker.
Iovenitti has amassed an impressive array of industry awards and honors including OCAR Realtor of the Year, Top Producer Sales for four years and Top Team Producer for three years. He has been an MLS Chairman and Regional Chairman and a member of the OCAR Board of Directors.
In the past, Iovenitti was a yacht and ship broker, and an award-winning inventor. While pursuing an early career as an entrepreneur in the yacht and recreational vehicle business, he acquired his real estate license and began working with a San Jose land developer. He quickly discovered an affinity for the field and launched his successful career.
Iovenitti still enjoys utilizing his captain's credentials with his family on private boating excursions. A native of Buffalo, New York, he now lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Gina, and their four children.
