Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties
Chason Ishii has been President of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (CBP), Hawaii's leading real estate firm, since 2007. In his capacity he oversees the region's strategic and long range planning for its administration, residential and commercial real estate offices. Under Chason's guidance CBP has been recognized with numerous awards including the prestigious "Brokerage Leadership Award" (three years in a row) for being the number one company in NRT's family of companies located in more than 35 of the nation's largest metropolitan markets.
Prior to assuming his current role, Chason began his career at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties as a Senior Vice President in its King Street area office in 2000. His strong leadership skills and business acumen resulted in immediate significant growth that led this office to the #2 position in the nation (out of over 1000 offices nationally). Shortly after, his talents were rewarded in 2004 when he was promoted to Executive Vice President overseeing the entire sales division of the Hawaii region.
Chason was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and holds a degree in business administration from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and has done post-baccalaureate work at Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He is an active community leader devoting a large portion of his time to various service organizations. Chason is President and on the Executive Committee for HUGS (Help, Understanding and Group Support for seriously ill children), a Trustee for the Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation, a member of Enterprise Honolulu, the Young Presidents' Organization and the Hawaii Business Roundtable.
When not in the office or out and about in the community, you may find Chason golfing, playing softball or coaching youth baseball.
