Bill Jilbert assumed the role of president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona in September 2005, with responsibility for 40 offices and 2,200 sales representatives. He most recently served in the same capacity with Coldwell Banker Success Realty in Scottsdale, Ariz., one of the largest franchised affiliates of all Cendant real estate brands with nearly $7 billion in total closed sales volume during the last 12 months.

Jilbert, who began in the real estate industry in 1977, has owned and operated a commercial brokerage and syndication firm, and owned and operated the largest real estate school in Arizona.

His extensive experience includes positions as vice president/general manager for Russ Lyon Realty in Phoenix, president/CEO of Coldwell Banker McCormack Realty in Honolulu, executive vice president for Kennedy-Wilson, Inc., in Santa Monica, Calif., and senior vice president / chief operating officer for The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in Costa Mesa, Calif.

Jilbert is chairman of the Arizona Association of Realtors’ Government Affairs Committee, is a director of the National Association of Realtors and is a charter president of the Scottsdale Sunrise Rotary Club. He has been named Realtor of the Year by the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and is the recipient of the Arizona Association of Realtors’ Honor Society Award.

Jilbert is a native of Blue Island, Ill. He lives in the Pinnacle Peak area of Scottsdale, Ariz., with his wife, Lynn. They have two grown children.
