Kris Vogt is the president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sacramento/Tahoe. In his position he is responsible for 14 offices and more than 700 of the region's most successful real estate professionals.
Vogt entered real estate in 1991 at the age of 25 during a slow and challenging time in real estate. He immediately distinguished himself and within a year, became one of the most successful Realtors in Elk Grove. In 1994, just three years after entering the business, he closed 42 transactions in just 12 months.
Three years later, in 1997, Kris was promoted to managing broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Elk Grove office, overseeing a team of more than 75 real estate professionals. Under his leadership, the Elk Grove office became, and still remains, one of the company's top performing offices in the Sacramento region.
In addition to his business success, Vogt is known as a dedicated father and husband and as a passionate community fundraiser. He was honored with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation's annual Thomas Griffin Synergy Award, a prestigious national honor that recognized his steady, long-time commitment to helping a wide variety of non-profits and people in his hometown. Among the organizations he supports are: Habitat for Humanity, Elk Grove Community Fund, Toys for Tots, Operation: One Warm Coat, Elk Grove Food and Clothes Closet and more. He also serves as a member of the board of directors at Grace Community Church and is an avid runner, often participating in marathons locally and across the country.
