Maureen Passerini is senior vice president of the Northeast Region for NRT LLC, overseeing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operations in Connecticut, Westchester, N.Y., Long Island, New England, New Jersey, Rockland County, N.Y. and Pittsburgh.

Passerini began her real estate career more than 30 years ago as a sales associate in Mountain Lakes, N.J., for Schlott Realtors before the company became part of Coldwell Banker. Over the course of her career, she held various positions in that company. Her responsibilities increased until 1994 when she was promoted to senior vice president and general sales manager, and in 1998 Passerini was promoted to president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey/Rockland County, N.Y. During her tenure as president, the New Jersey company consistently won top awards for brokerage services within NRT and also won the "Cup" from Cendant Mobility. In 2004 Passerini was promoted to senior vice president of NRT.

Passerini was a former director of the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, the largest in New Jersey, with over 13,000 members and more than 70,000 listings, and formerly served on the Advisory Board of Cendant Mobility, now Cartus. She has been involved with such charities as Gilda's House, Morris County Family Services and the Kaleidoscope of Hope Foundation.
