Judy Reeves
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
NRT LLC

Judy Reeves has established a longstanding reputation as a successful leader in the real estate industry. As executive vice president and chief operating officer for NRT LLC, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of NRT's local operating companies and its approximately 920 offices throughout the United States and within the United Kingdom.

Prior to this appointment, Reeves most recently served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer at NRT, where she was responsible for leading the company's national efforts in mortgage, settlement services, relocation, acquisition rollouts, preferred alliances, diversity and corporate relationships.

Reeves began her real estate career in Montclair, N.J., in 1982 and rose to become a top-producing salesperson in the Montclair area. In addition to numerous production awards, she was twice honored by her local board of Realtors as both "Realtor of the Year" and "Associate Realtor of the Year." In 2004, she was cited by NJ Biz as one of the 25 most influential women in New Jersey business. Reeves was named president and chief operating officer for Burgdorff in 1996, when it was acquired by NRT.

In that capacity, Reeves implemented more than a dozen mergers and acquisitions. She oversaw the development of the company's Web site, burgdorff.com, Burgdorff's Select Lifestyle Service program, and co-developed the International Collection in conjunction with ERA. In 2000, Reeves led her team in a reengineering of the company, consolidating its outreach by reducing the total number of offices and sales people. This enhanced customer service opportunities by emphasizing the individualization and personalization for the consumer and sales agent, and resulted in rapid growth of servicing, production and profits.

Reeves holds the CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker) designation and served on the board of managers for the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. She has been named one of National Relocation and Real Estate magazine's "500 Most Powerful Women in Real Estate." Reeves was also the recipient of the Bay Path College Achievement Award in 1998 for extraordinary professional and lifetime achievement, and currently serves on the college's Board of Trustees.

A strong advocate for charitable causes, Reeves was honored as the 2000 "Woman of the Year" by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey for leading Burgdorff ERA's support of that organization. She currently serves as a member of their Honorary Board of Directors. Reeves established a similar charitable partnership with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of New Jersey, an organization benefiting neglected and abused children. She formulated the first formal charity event for Burgdorff, Sharing Hope, on behalf of both organizations. The company continues this charity event today, raising more than $100,000 annually through donations and matching gifts. In 2005 she was inducted into the 21st Century Women Business Leaders Hall of Fame of Bay Path College, the only alumna to be so recognized.

Reeves serves on the Large Brokers' Advisory Board of the National Association of Realtors, and, having served as a Director for the Association, was recently named to its Executive Committee through 2009. She resides in Montclair with her husband, John, and is the mother of three grown children.
