Coldwell Banker Preferred
Greater Philadelphia

Regina Coia is President of Coldwell Banker Preferred, an NRT real estate company with 9 offices and over 600 agents & staff. The company operates in the Metro Philadelphia market area, including Southeastern Pennsylvania, northern Delaware, and southern New Jersey. Regina oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including a highly regarded residential business of close to 1 billion dollars in sales volume, one of the highest ranking corporate relocation divisions in the industry; and mortgage and title operations consistently performing at the highest levels in the country.

Regina joined the company in 1986 as a sales associate while attending Villanova University full time. In 1987, she was approached by Harry Caparo, the founder of the company, to build a Corporate Relocation Division. After a few short years, the Relocation Division was grossing more than one third of the company’s overall revenues, and Regina was awarded a significant partnership in the company. In 1999, under Regina’s leadership, the company was honored with Principal Broker status for Cendant Mobility (now Cartus, the world’s largest relocation management company), which became the catalyst for the company’s explosive growth in the suburban Philadelphia marketplace. Regina attributes her success to the incredible CB Preferred team who proudly bring it every day in the spirit of Teamwork, which has always been a cornerstone of the company’s success.

In 2010, Regina and Harry Caparo spearheaded the negotiations that resulted in the successful acquisition of CB Preferred by NRT, the nation’s largest real estate brokerage company, and a subsidiary of Realogy Corporation. Regina is a recipient of the Meritorious Service Award from the Employee Relocation Council. She served six consecutive terms on the USAA Advisory Council and just completed serving her eighth consecutive term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Delaware Valley Relocation Council, and her third term as Board President.

Regina received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in Theatre from Villanova University. She lives in Lower Gwynedd with her husband Bob and her daughter Ashley Grace. Regina has recently become an enthusiastic runner, and completed her first half marathon in the beautiful city of Philadelphia. She is an avid supporter of children’s charities, and those that support our troops and veterans who serve this country so proudly and selflessly.
