Rick Toma is senior vice president of preferred services for NRT LLC, focusing on transaction related services that include mortgage, title and warranty to deliver a full service real estate experience. In his role, Toma works closely with more than 50 brand name alliance partners and programs to exceed consumer expectations for added value in the real estate transaction, while delivering cutting edge tools to enhance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Toma began his career with the NRT family of companies in 1998, coming to NRT from Cendant Corporation, where he was instrumental in the development of the national Preferred Alliance Program for the Cendant real estate brands and their affiliates.

Before joining Cendant, Toma began his real estate career with the J.C. Nichols Company in Kansas City. A graduate of the College of William and Mary in Virginia, Toma is also a Bronze Star Veteran of the Persian Gulf War, serving in Desert Storm and Desert Shield as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army.
