Clark Toole assumed the role of President and Chief Operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. in Florida in May 2007. In this role he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's 150 offices and more than 6,100 sales associates. With more than 25 years of leadership within the largest residential real estate operation in the world, Clark previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Dallas/Fort Worth, a role he held since September 2003.
During his tenure as president, he created a new sales culture by focusing on skill development at every level of the company's 19 locations and nearly 1,400 associates. Prior to that, he was president of NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate operations in Tampa Bay and Sarasota Bay, where he oversaw 37 offices and 1,850 sales associates in a four-county area.
In Florida he was a key player in Coldwell Banker's acquisition of Arvida - a multi-billion-dollar brokerage in Florida and the largest real estate acquisition in NRT's history. Earlier in his career, Clark served as regional manager in Tampa, St Petersburg, Orlando, Clearwater and Sarasota. He has managed seven different offices and has led the number one office in three different companies. He is also a past-president of the Clearwater Association of Realtors.
Clark's real estate career began in Jacksonville, Florida, where he received his license in 1975. He put himself through business school selling real estate, earning an MBA in marketing and real estate.
