Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Acquires Blue Realty GMAC in Northern New Jersey
Company adds more than 120 agents
Parsippany, N.J. - Oct. 20, 2009
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. today announced that it has acquired the assets of Blue Realty GMAC in northern New Jersey. More than 120 sales associates throughout Blue Realty's eight offices in Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Morris, Monmouth and Passaic Counties will move into existing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in those markets. This acquisition expands the company's sales force to nearly 4,000 agents throughout New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y.
Charles Blumenkehl, president of Blue Realty GMAC and 30-year real estate veteran and industry consultant will continue to leverage his expertise with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
