NRT Appoints Dean Cottrill President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore
BALTIMORE - Nov. 12, 2009
NRT LLC, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company, today announced the appointment of Dean Cottrill as president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore. Cottrill will oversee the operations of 25 local sales offices and more than 1,600 sales associates throughout Maryland and Delaware.
Previously, Cottrill was the general sales manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore. He began his real estate career in 1990 as a sales associate before becoming an office manager in 1999. In that capacity he led his sales team to achieve multiple awards during his eight-year tenure. He joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore in 2007 when he was appointed as a regional vice president.
"Dean has risen through the ranks in real estate and offers extraordinary insight and vision," said Maureen Passerini, NRT's executive vice president for the Eastern Seaboard and Northeast regions.
