Lambert & Lambert's single-office residential real estate company located at 1985 Mendon Road will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Sales associates from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's neighboring office at 1764 Mendon Road will relocate to the newly acquired location, where Lambert & Lambert currently has 18 residential real estate professionals.

Ernest Lambert, president and owner of Lambert & Lambert, will join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales role.
