Prestige Properties will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

The 34 sales professionals of Prestige Properties will operate out of the existing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office at 36 Lasalle Road in West Hartford, which will continue to be managed by Sarah Neighbors. Wayne and Lori Arute, former owners of Prestige Properties, will focus their roles on The National Groups, a real estate-owned ("REO") asset management company they own.
