Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage welcomes the real estate agents of the former Alaimo & Barile Real Estate to its team serving communities throughout Hartford and Tolland Counties.

Alaimo & Barile Real Estate co-owners Robert Alaimo, Michael Barile and Jody Cox will remain with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity, along with Cheryl Alaimo.

The Windsor Locks office will merge into the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office located at 1 Mountain Road in Suffield, Conn. The office in Enfield, located at 810 Enfield Street, will become a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales office.

With this acquisition, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. has 47 offices and a sales force of more than 2,100 sales associates and staff.
