Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. Acquires Julia B. Fee in Westchester County, N.Y.

Prominent Luxury Real Estate Brokerage Establishes Westchester Presence through Prestigious Local Firm

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – January 24, 2006

Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc., a leading residential real estate brokerage firm representing exceptional properties in some of the world’s most sought-after markets, today announced it has acquired the assets of Julia B. Fee, LLC based in Scarsdale, N.Y. Julia B. Fee’s eight offices throughout Westchester County will now operate as Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc., a subsidiary of NRT Incorporated.

Randall Katchis and George Stone, co-owners of Julia B. Fee, will each assume a role as senior vice presidents for Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc., managing the company’s Westchester operations.
