Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Acquires Prestige Realty in Jupiter, Fla.
JUPITER, Fla. - January 7, 2008
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, LLC announced today that it has acquired the assets of Prestige Realty Group, Inc., located in Jupiter, Fla. Prestige Realty will transition its operations from its current location to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Jupiter office located at 902 South U.S. Highway 1.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida comprises nearly 100 offices with approximately 6,000 sales associates, who accounted for a combined closed sales volume of $14.7 billion in 2006.

Don Long, broker associate, has owned and operated Prestige Realty for the past 16 years. In the last 12 months, the company accounted for nearly $22 million in closed sales volume. Long will join Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as a broker associate.
