Acquisition Expands Company Presence in Westchester County

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a prominent full-service residential real estate brokerage firm serving Westchester County, N.Y. and Connecticut, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Marjorie Wohl – Town & Country LLC in New Rochelle, N.Y. The single-office firm will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Peggy Doepper will continue in her role as president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester County, N.Y. Marjorie Wohl, Bobbe Carton, and Patricia Margotta, owners of Marjorie Wohl – Town & Country, will remain with the newly combined organization in sales roles.
