NRT Ranked No. 1 on Real Estate Industry Publication's "Power Broker" List For Tenth Year Running

PARSIPPANY, NJ (April 11, 2007) -NRT Incorporated announced today that it was ranked as the No. 1 residential real estate brokerage firm in the United States in RISMedia's 2007 Power Broker Report, made available online at www.rismedia.com on April 10, and appearing in its newly released April 2007 issue of RISMedia's Real Estate magazine. This is the tenth consecutive year in which NRT placed in the top spot nationwide for both closed sales volume and closed transaction sides1.
NRT recorded more than $193 billion in closed sales volume and 392,452 transaction sides in 2006. In fact, NRT's closed sales volume was greater than the combined total of the next 17 companies ranked in the publication. NRT also had more closed transaction sides than the next five companies combined in the magazine's rankings.
