EXPANDS IN LACONIA, NEW HAMPSHIRE
Coldwell Banker Steve Weeks, Realtors Joins New England’s Residential Real Estate Leader

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the largest residential real estate brokerage company in New England, today announced it acquired the assets of Steve Weeks Realty, LLC., which operates as Coldwell Banker Steve Weeks, Realtors in Laconia, N.H. The single-office residential real estate company will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, serving the communities in the Central Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
With this announcement, Jim McKeon will continue in his role as president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Northern New England. Steve Weeks, former owner and principal of his namesake company, will maintain a consulting role with the newly combined organization. Weeks, along with his wife Pauline, began the realty company in 1972 and has since grown the office into the number one independently owned and operated affiliate franchisee for Coldwell Banker in New Hampshire.

With this acquisition, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has 124 offices and a sales force of more than 5,500 sales associates and staff dedicated to serving their local communities throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

The residential sales associates and staff from this office will move to Coldwell Banker Steve Weeks, Realtors’ location at 348 Court Street once renovations to that building are complete.
