Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Acquires Harriet Cooper Associates in Woodbridge, Connecticut
State’s Residential Real Estate Brokerage Leader Enters New Local Market

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., today announced that it has acquired Harriet Cooper Associates, LLC in Woodbridge, Conn., a suburb of New Haven. The boutique brokerage’s 16 sales associates will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The office serves Woodbridge and the surrounding markets of Orange, Hamden and Bethany.
The acquisition of Harriet Cooper Associates continues Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s expansion in Connecticut and reinforces its position as the state’s No. 1 brokerage in sales volume.1 According to the 2000 U.S. Census, Woodbridge has the highest per-capita income of all New Haven County towns.

A top producer in the Woodbridge marketplace for 30 years, Cooper will continue to bring her expertise to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity.
