Coldwell Banker Burnet Announces Acquisition of Coldwell Banker Acclaim in Coon Rapids, Minn.
EDINA, Minn. – July 25, 2006
Coldwell Banker Burnet, a leading residential real estate firm in the Twin Cities metro area and western Wisconsin, announced today that it is acquiring Coon Rapids-based Coldwell Banker Acclaim, an independently owned and operated Coldwell Banker® affiliate company. The company will operate as Coldwell Banker Burnet.

Coldwell Banker Burnet's Northtown office and Coldwell Banker Acclaim's Coon Rapids office will be combined and operate from Coldwell Banker Acclaim's former location as the combined company's North Suburban Regional office.
Coldwell Banker Acclaim has served the Twin Cities northern suburbs for nearly 15 years and currently has 58 sales associates. Johnson, who has worked with Coldwell Banker since 1988, purchased Coldwell Banker Acclaim in 1993.
