Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Expands Its Presence in Colorado Springs With Acquisition of Local Firm
M&M Realty Joins the Largest Residential Real Estate Brokerage in Colorado
DENVER, Colo. – September 27, 2005
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado, today announced the acquisition of M&M Realty, Inc. in Colorado Springs, Colo. The single-office firm will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Eva McClain, president and co-owner of M&M Realty will continue with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a sales capacity. Clinton McClain, also a co-owner, has decided to retire however will keep his real estate license active as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Broker in Colorado Springs. Chris Mygatt remains as president and COO for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado.

M&M Realty’s 21 sales associates accounted for more than $27 million in total closed sales volume during the last 12 months. With this announcement, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado now has 20 offices and more than 2,000 sales associates in the state of Colorado.
