Burgdorff ERA Acquires Gail Lowenstein Realtors in Livingston, N.J.
Prominent Real Estate Leader Strengthens Presence in Essex County
PARSIPPANY, N.J. – Nov. 15, 2006
Burgdorff Realtors ERA today announced it acquired the assets of Gail Lowenstein Realty, Inc. in Livingston, N.J. Gail Lowenstein Realtors’ single-office firm and its 26 sales associates will now operate under the banner of Burgdorff ERA. The two companies will merge their Livingston offices and operate from Gail Lowenstein Realtors’ newly renovated office located at 2 E. Mount Pleasant Ave.
Gail Lowenstein, president and chief executive officer of Gail Lowenstein Realtors, will continue to co-manage the newly combined Livingston office along with Shelly Umanoff, who will become office vice president.
