NRT Announces Senior Executive Appointments
Largest National Residential Real Estate Brokerage Promotes Internal Executives to Leadership Posts
PARSIPPANY, N.J. – Nov. 28, 2006
NRT, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage company, today announced that Jim McKeon has been promoted to NRT senior vice president for brokerage support. McKeon, who served the past four years for NRT as president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Northern New England, will now oversee NRT's national efforts in title, mortgage, insurance, relocation, REO and commercial real estate.
With this announcement, NRT is uniting its Central and Northern New England companies under the leadership of Rick Loughlin, who has been serving as president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central New England since 2002. The newly combined company will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. Additionally, NRT today announced that Peggy Doepper has been promoted to NRT regional senior vice president of New England, in addition to maintaining her current role as president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut/Westchester, N.Y.
As McKeon assumes responsibility for REO and relocation, Monty Smith will focus more directly on NRT's growing emphasis on technology implementation as senior vice president for strategic initiatives.
Maureen Passerini, NRT regional senior vice president of the Eastern Seaboard Region will oversee NRT's two ERA companies - Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA in Harrisburg, Penn., and Burgdorff Realtors ERA in Parsippany, N.J. - in addition to her current role directing the operations of several Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage companies in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Atlantic region. "Managing these new companies is a natural extension of Maureen's superb leadership role over the past two-and-a-half years in guiding a growing number of our offices to achieve superior results."
