Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Acquires Realty Stars in Cook County, Illinois
Leading Residential Real Estate Brokerage in Chicago Expands Presence in Harwood Heights, Norridge, Norwood Park and Northwest Chicago
HARWOOD HEIGHTS, Ill. – Dec. 1, 2006
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago today announced the acquisition of Realty Stars in Chicago, Ill. The formerly independently owned and operated company will now do business under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Realty Stars’ single office on N. Harlem Avenue will merge with the existing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office located across the street and operate from 4950 N. Harlem Ave.

Realty Stars’ office, with 61 sales associates accounted for over $110 million in total closed sales volume during the past 12 months. Owner Mark Rzepkowski will continue with the newly combined office as a broker/sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Lenny Bucaro, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s office on N. Harlem Avenue, will continue to manage this newly combined office.
