NRT Appoints Leader for Company’s Insurance Operation
Kathie Knowles Named President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency, Inc.
PARSIPPANY, N.J. – December 15, 2005
NRT Incorporated, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, today announced the appointment of Kathie Knowles as president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency, Inc. Owned and operated by NRT, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency, Inc. provides personal lines insurance to real estate customers of the NRT-owned Coldwell Banker companies.

For the past three years, Knowles has helped Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency, Inc. to build and implement a business model for the expansion of the insurance operation. Previously, she held posts at the Hartford Insurance Group as well as ITT’s consulting organization Business Management Group, and spent 15 years running a successful consulting practice delivering business management services to insurance companies and financial services providers. Knowles is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Hartford.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency, Inc. specializes in providing personal lines insurance to real estate customers.
