NRT Appoints Bob Bronswick as President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento/Tahoe

Company Expands Jeff Culbertson’s Leadership Role to Serve as NRT Senior Vice President of the Southwest and Sacramento Region

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – December 19, 2005

NRT Incorporated, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, today announced the promotion of Bob Bronswick to the post of president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento/Tahoe. The announcement follows on the heels Jeff Culbertson’s promotion from this post to the role of NRT senior vice president for the combined Southwest and Sacramento Region.

NRT’s Southwest and Sacramento Region now includes Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage companies in Arizona, Sacramento/Tahoe, Greater Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County, Calif. Kristine Santucci, regional senior vice president, who previously oversaw the presidents of NRT’s three Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage companies in Greater Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County, has resigned from NRT after a successful 16-year stint in senior leadership posts on the East and West Coasts.

Bronswick was most recently regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento/Tahoe, responsible for the general operation of 21 offices in four counties and has been the managing broker of the Sacramento Sierra Oaks office. He will continue to also manage this office until a successor is named shortly.

“We are so fortunate to have Bob Bronswick — who is a talented leader and excellent match for this role — within our internal ranks in our Sacramento/Tahoe company,” said Judy Reeves, executive vice president and COO for NRT. “We will deeply miss Kristine Santucci after a stellar record with NRT, and are confident that Jeff Culbertson will guide our Southwest and Sacramento Region to even greater success moving forward.”

Bronswick entered real estate in 1985, starting his career in Chicago and quickly became a top producing agent, earning the “Top Volume Associate” distinction three years in a row from the Chicago Association of Realtors. During his tenure in sales and management, Brunswick developed the first "mega" office in the Chicago area, taking the 35-sales associate office and building it into a dynamic 125-sales associate team. He moved to California in 1997, and has been promoted several times for his leadership within Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Sacramento/Tahoe company.

NRT Incorporated is the largest residential real estate brokerage company in the United States and also has locations in the United Kingdom. With more than 1,000 offices and 62,000 sales associates operating in over 35 major metropolitan areas, NRT posted a real estate industry record of $204 billion in closed sales volume in 2004. NRT (www.nrtinc.com) is a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE: CD). Cendant (www.cendant.com) is one of the foremost providers of real estate and travel services in the world.
