Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Acquires Cooper-Stewart Realtors in Salisbury, Md.
Salisbury, Md. – Dec. 8, 2006
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic announced today that it has acquired the assets of Cooper-Stewart Realtors in Salisbury, Md. The company will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Dawn Brown, owner of Cooper-Stewart Realtors, will remain with the new firm, and continue to manage the office located at 1131 S. Salisbury Blvd.
"Dawn is a highly respected member of the community and has built a well managed, successful firm of 36 agents who accounted for $124 million in sales volume over the last 12 months," said Hal Maxwell, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. "This acquisition will further solidify our market presence and growth opportunities on the Delmarva Peninsula."
